All invited carvers are asked to confirm attendance at Westport Saw ‘N Surf 2008 and motel reservations by August 1^st, 2008.

Details of the registration form include the following:

Full name and address of person competing
Current phone numbers, regular mailing and email addresses so you can be reached
Number in your party, and choice of Motel accommodation (motel information will be added to web site by July 4, 2008)
Arrival date and time – must arrive before 1:00 PM Sept. 4^th
If you would like to help with set up on Sept. 3^rd and 4^th let us know ahead of time

We also ask that you provide a 50 to 100 word updated biography that includes: years carving, main finishes, semi-pro finishes and some professional and personal history. We have many bios dating back to 1990, but we would like to get the 2007/2008 updated version from every attendee.

Because we are continuing to work on many forms of fund raising, and more sponsors and donations, please watch our web site www.westportsawandsurf.com throughout the summer for refinements and additions to our Invited Carver offerings. We realize this is a business, and we want to provide all the cost saving necessities we can, and continue to present a successful event for competitive chainsaw carvers for many years to come.
